Understanding the Jobs tab, Quick Tips

Status


    Received:

  • Entered: Submissions that are received and entered into our system.
  • In Progress: Testing in progress.
  • Completed: Testing is complete and results are reported.


    Draft & Submitted:

  • Draft: eCOC submissions you created but have not been submitted.
  • Submitted: eCOC jobs that are submitted but have not been received or processed by us.
  • Editing: eCOC submissions that are currently being edited.
  • Cancelled: eCOC submissions that are no longer required.

Inline Menu


The Inline menu options are different depending on either Received, Draft or Submitted.


    Received


  • View: Directs you to the "Job Details" page.
  • New Template: Based on the selected job, a new eCOC template will be initiated with the details and tests pre-populated for you.
  • New Job: Based on the selected job, a new eCOC submission will be initiated with the details and tests pre-populated for you.
  • Order Supplies: Based on the selected job, a new order will be initiated with the details and tests pre-populated for you.
  • Share: Opens your default email program and allows you to send a link to the "Job Details" page.

    Draft & Submitted-Draft


  • Edit: Allows you to make changes to your draft submission.
  • New Job: Based on the selected job, a new eCOC submission will be initiated with the details and tests pre-populated for you.
  • Order Supplies: Based on the selected job, a new order will be initiated with the details and tests pre-populated for you.
  • Share: Opens your default email program and allows you to send a link to the draft submission.
  • Delete: Deletes the draft submission.

    Draft & Submitted-Submitted

  • Cancel: Allows you to cancel the submission before it is received at the lab.
