In the Samples section of the eCOC process, we recommend completing as many fields as possible to represent the samples you will routinely submit using this template. This will simplify future job submission processes.
How To
1. Click "Create Composite" if you have a composite sample to test.
2. Enter Sample IDs for each of your samples.
3. Enter the sample type under the matrix field, i.e. Water, Soil, Air etc
4. Enter the number of bottles you have for the sample. This is not a required field but is recommended if you consistently require more than one container.
5. Enter the sample date and Time. When creating a template you do not need to enter this information since sample dates change, but this information is needed when submitting a job.
6. To finish the sample requirements, check off the tests you would like preformed for each sample.
