How do I interpret these results: Is my sample considered a hazardous waste?

A number of factors are used to identify a sample as a hazardous waste and unfortunately it is not an interpretation we are able to make for you, as there are potentially a number of other factors beyond our analysis that may contribute to your sample being identified as hazardous.

Typically, the receiving body of your material (such as a landfill) will be able to inform you on what they deem hazardous and the testing suite required and can compare your results to typical leachate quality standards for hazardous waste.

In most cases our RDLs (reporting detection limits will allow for comparison, however you will need to refer to the appropriate and applicable regulatory criteria for your project / site / sample type and compare your result values to those outlined in the criteria.
