My team member forgot their password, can I reset it?

The company administrator can change their users access and account information including updating/changing their users passwords.


How to change a users password


1. On the right side of the Customer Portal header click the red drop down arrowand then select “Manage Access”, a list of all your users will appear on the next page.

2. Hover over the desired user and an inline menu will appear showing the “Edit User Information” icon, click the icon.



3. The User Information screen displays all the general account information, as the admin you can edit each field. Remove the old password and type in the one.
