How can I limit access to users on my team?

If you are an administrator you can remove access to specific clients for each user. 


How To


1. On the right side of the Customer Portal header click the red drop down arrowand then select “Manage Access”, a list of all your users will appear on the next page.

2. Hover over the desired user with your cursor to display an inline menu. Click the Edit User icon.



3. Create a New Scenario to manage the user’s access. If you want to remove access from a specific project, Select the Company, Project # and change the “Access Type” to “Deny”. Click “Add” to finish.



4. You can also delete an entire scenario from a user by selecting a scenario assigned to a user, then click delete.
