Setting Up Email Notifications

Email Notifications allows you to receive up to date alerts via email on job submissions. 


1. Select Email Notifications from the red drop down arrowbeside your name at the top right of the Customer Portal.

2. A list of all your reporting Scenarios will appear.  There are three different notification options for each Scenario: Job Received, Job Reported and Exceedence. 

3. Update your preference for each option.

4. Click "Save" to complete the new settings.
