Locating Job Files (Certificate of Analysis, Chain of Custody)

To access or download job files, such as Certificate of Analysis and Chain of Custody forms;


1. Go to the “Job Details” page. Under the "Jobs" tab scroll through to the desired job and click the three vertical red dotsor click on the row to open the inline menu. 

2. Click "View" to get the to Job details page. Then select the “Job Files” tab. All files associated with the job will display. 

3. You may download a specific file or you may click the “Zip and Download All” button to download all the job files.
