Downloading and Uploading your eCOC (Electronic Chain of Custody)
For each eCOC that has been completed you can export the template into an excel sheet. An Excel eCOC template will be created allowing you to work offline. Once you have filled in your eCOC Template you can upload the job into the Portal.
How To
1. Go to the eCOC Templates header on the home screen.
2. Scroll through your templates and select your desired template, click the three vertical red dots
or click the row to open up the inline menu.
3. Select the "export to excel" icon.
4. Fill in the COC offline.
5. To submit as an eCOC, go to the job details page and select "Upload Excel". Choose your COC to submit a new job.
