How Do I Find My Bottle/Media Orders?

In the Customer Portal, your orders are located on the Supplies page. The Supplies page will have three tabs within it, allowing you to view your Pinned Orders, My Orders or All Orders. Every order that has been placed will be located in the “All Orders tab”. Each order that was created by you will be located within the “My Orders tab”. If you have orders that you frequently make copies of, you can pin them to the “Pinned Orders” tab by selecting the bookmark icon  on the left side of the page. To un-pin an order, simply click on the bookmark again.


If you can’t find your order on the Supplies page, use the Search icon at the top of the screen. Use as many of the search filters as possible to narrow the search.
