Internal Responsiveness Timelines

A survey below was sent out to get to know the opinion from the team about an ideal time for replying back to rush vs regular emails.

  • What are the challenges we face during communication between different departments
  • How can we improve communication between different departments
  • If we receive an email regarding a rush job, how fast we will respond
  • If we receive an email regarding a regular job, how fast we will respond to that
  • What is the best time line to respond to an email regarding rush and regular

 

As per the response received from survey we sent out , the agreed timeline to respond to an email regarding a rush job was within 2 hours and for a  regular job 24 hours.

CX team will start with this timeline to show the effort on improving the responsiveness between departments.
