Job Status
The Job status is found in the JOBS section, under the "Received" tab, in "Status" column. Job status informs you what part for the testing process you are in from submission to completion.
- Entered – Submission has been received and entered into our system
- In Progress – Samples are in the process of testing
- Ready to Report – Final results are ready for release
- Completed – All tests are completed, report has been released
eCOC Status
The Job status is found in the JOBS section, under the "Draft & Submitted" tab, in "Status" column. eCOC status informs you what part for the eCOC creation process you are in from creation to submission.
- Draft – eCOC has been created but not yet submitted on the Customer Portal
- Submitted – eCOC has been submitted on Customer Portal but we have not uploaded it yet
- Editing – eCOC is currently being edited. In this state, our staff won’t be able to import the eCOC into LIMS
- Cancelled – eCOC has been cancelled
- Importing – eCOC is currently being imported into LIMS. Editing can no longer be done
- Received – eCOC has been received and imported into LIMS
