If you are an administrator you can remove access to specific clients for each user.
Scenarios are used to define the access a user has. They can be defined for each company and can be configured on additional aspects such as report attention and project references. If you would like other users to see only certain reports for a particular company, you can create a scenario.
How To:
- On the top right side of the Customer Portal header click the red drop down arrow and then select Manage Access, a list of all your users will appear on the next page.
- Hover over the desired user with your cursor to display an inline menu. Click the Edit User Access icon
- Create a new Scenario to manage the user’s access. If you want to remove access from a specific company, report attention, site location, project, select the Company Name, Attention To, Site, or Project # and change the Access Type to Deny. Click Add to finish.
