Sample logistics and transportation can be handled by any commercial courier or messenger service for receipt at one of our laboratories or depot/service centres.
If samples are shipped via air or some other form of transport and land at a terminal, please ensure arrangements are made for samples to be transferred from the terminal to a Bureau Veritas facility (client is responsible for the costs of transferring samples from terminal to Bureau Veritas Laboratories).
If your samples require to be picked up from a terminal, please make arrangements for Bureau Veritas to be notified when the package is ready for pick up (client will incur any related courier/pick up fees). Samples can also be dropped off in person at any of our laboratories or depots. In some regions, a driver is available for sample pickups with appropriate notice (pick up fees may apply).
