Using the Pop Up Information descriptions.

If you are new to the Customer Portal or it's been a while since your last interaction, don't worry, we have included a helpful pop up information tool to guide you through your template creations, supply orders, invoice payments and general navigation.  


From the Side Navigation window (https://bvsolutions.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/43000498737?lang=en, click the blue information icon located in the bottom left corner. 


Once it is clicked small information bubbles will overlay over specific buttons and tabs. If you hover over one of the information icons, a small pop up will appear explaining the specific functionality of that button / menu / field.


Most functions of the Customer Portal as still available while in the Pop Up Information mode.
