BV does not store data for more than 10 years for IOL and 7 years for non-IOL.
Once 7 years (or more if applicable) has been reached , the records will be purged.
What does this mean? After the predefined record retention time, we will be purging job details, such as PO numbers, project numbers, sample IDs, results, EDDs, COCs, etc. from our database and this information will no longer be available to anyone. Up until now, this has not strictly been done and we have regularly been able to provide historical reports to clients. We will no longer be able to do that.
