Lead and Mercury in Paint - What is the maximum limit?

Limits for the level of Lead or Mercury in surface coatings (paint or other similar material that dries to a solid film after it's applied) fall under Surface Coating Material Regulation SOR/2016-193 of the CANADA CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY ACT.
